تطبق أحكام هذا المرسوم بقانون على كل شخص تحت مراقبة البوليس طبقا لأحكام قانون العقوبات أو قانون المتشردين والمشتبه فيهم أو أى قانون آخر.
ويجب على كل شخص يوضع تحت مراقبة البوليس أن يقدم نفسه الى مكتب البوليس فى الجهة التى يقيم فيها بمجرد أن تصبح هذه العقوبة واجبة التنفيذ سواء أكانت تبعية أم أصلية.
