لا يجوز للأشخاص العامة أو الشركات والبنوك المملوكة أسهمها بالكامل للدولة* أن تتصرف في أسهم شركات القطاع العام المملوكة لها إلا فيما بينها على الوجه وطبقا للأوضاع التي تبينها اللائحة التنفيذية.
