تعفي المبالغ التي تصرفها الأشخاص العامة وشركات والبنوك المملوكة أسهمها بالكامل للدولة* نظير مساهمتها في رؤوس الشركات التي تنشأ وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون وكذلك ما تدفعه ثمنا لشراء أوراق مالية من رسم الدمغة المقرر في قانون الدمغة رقم 111 لسنة 1980.
وتعفي شركات القطاع العام التي تنشأ طبقا للمادة 18/ 1 من هذا القانون من رسوم شهرها وتسجيلها.
