تتولى تقييم الحصص العينية لجنة مشكلة بقرار من الوزير المختص تضم ممثلين عن وزارة المالية والجهاز المركزي للمحاسبات، ويجوز أن تكون الحصة العينية المقدمة من الشخص العام امتيازا أو حقا في الانتفاع ببعض الأموال العامة أو غيره من الحقوق المتفرغة عن حق الملكية، ويجب أن يعتمد تقييم هذه الحصص من الجمعية العامة.
