Article 12 of the Public Sector Bodies and Companies Law

يمثل رئيس مجلس الإدارة الهيئة أمام القضاء وفي صلاتها بالغير.
ويختص بما يأتي:
1 – تنفيذ قرارات مجلس الإدارة.
2 – إدارة الهيئة وتصريف شئونها.
3 – موافاة الوزير المختص وأجهزة الدولة المعنية بما تطلبه من بيانات أو معلومات.
ولرئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة أن يفوض واحدا أو أكثر من شاغلي الوظائف العليا في بعض اختصاصاته.
