Article 11 of the Public Sector Bodies and Companies Law

يبلغ رئيس مجلس الإدارة قرارات المجلس خلال سبعة أيام إلى الوزير المختص لاعتمادها، وعلى الوزير أن يصدر قراره بشأنها ويبلغه إلى الهيئة خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ وصول الأوراق إليه وإلا اعتبرت هذه القرارات نافذة، وذلك دون إخلال بما قد تتطلبه القوانين من اعتماد أو موافقة سلطات أعلى.
