يكون لوزير الصناعة المركزي الاختصاصات المنصوص عليها في القانون رقم ٦٦ لسنة ١٩٥٣ المشار إليه وتحل الهيئة العامة لشئون البترول محل مصلحة الوقود في مباشرة الاختصاصات المخولة لها بمقتضى القانون سالف الذكر .
