مع عدم الإخلال بأية عقوبة أشد تنص عليها القوانين الأخرى ، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاثة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسين جنيها أو ٤٥٠ ليرة سورية ولا تزيد على مائتى جنيه أو ١٨٠٠ ليرة سورية أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، كل من خالف المادتين ١ و ٣ والقرارات الصادرة تنفيذا لهما .
