يجوز الفصل بطريق التحكيم الاختيارى فى المنازعات التى تتعلق بنشاط الاتحاد والتى تنشأ بين أعضائه أو بينهم وبين الغير، وتنظم اللائحة التنفيذية قواعد تشكيل لجان التحكيم والإجراءات المتعلقة به، وتحدد الرسوم المستحقة للاتحاد فى هذا الشأن.
