يجوز إحالة الخبير إلى المحاكمة التأديبية إذا ارتكب ما يمس الذمة والأمانة وحسن السمعة أو أخل بواجب من واجباته أو أخطأ خطأ جسيما فى عمله أو امتنع لغير عذر مقبول عن القيام بعمل كلف إياه .
وتكون الإحالة بقرار من رئيس المحكمة .
ولرئيس المحكمة أن يأمر بوقف الخبير إذا اقتضى الحال .
