يلغى القانون رقم ٧٥ لسنة ١٩٣٣ بشأن الخبراء أمام المحاكم الأهلية والمواد ٢١١ ٢٤١ من لائحة ترتيب المحاكم الشرعية .
كما تلغى المادة ٨٩ من القانون رقم ١٤ لسنة ١٩٣٩ الخاص بفرض ضريبة على رؤوس الأموال المنقولة وعلى الأرباح التجارية والصناعية وعلى كسب العمل .
وكذلك يلغى كل نص يخالف أحكام هذا القانون .
