تتولى مكاتب الخبراء وأقسام الطب الشرعى والمصالح الأخرى المعهود إليها بأعمال الخبرة المطالبة بالاتعاب والمصروفات والطعن فى الأوامر والأحكام الخاصة بتقديرها والحضور فى الجلسات . ولها أن تنيب عنها إدارة قضايا الحكومة فى ذلك .
وتتولى أقلام الكتاب تنفيذ هذه الأوامر والأحكام .
