للخبير الذى قررت اللجنة استبعاد اسمه أن يتظلم من هذا القرار خلال عشرة أيام من تاريخ إعلانه به .
ويكون التظلم بتقرير فى قلم كتاب المحكمة التى قررت لجنة الخبراء بها استبعاد اسمه .
ولا يجوز للخبير الذى قررت اللجنة استبعاد اسمه أن يباشر عملا من أعمال الخبرة حتى يفصل نهائيا فى تظلمه .
