تكون الترقية فى وظائف الخبرة الطبية أو الكيميائية الشرعية على أساس الأهلية مع مراعاة الأقدمية . وتجرى الترقيات بعد استعراض حالة الخبراء من واقع أعمالهم وملفاتهم وتقارير التفتيش وتقارير رؤسائهم عنهم وما تبديه الجهات التى يعملون أمامها من ملاحظات فى شأنهم .
