يجوز لوزير العدل أن يلحق بأقسام الطب الشرعى التى توجد بمقر إحدى محاكم الاستئناف فروعا للعامل السيرولوجية أو للعامل الكيميائية أو لمباحث التزييف والتزوير أو غيرها من الفروع .
ويعين القرار دائرة اختصاص كل منها .
