العقوبات التأديبية التى يحكم بها على خبراء وزارة العدل هى :
( ١ ) اللوم .
( ٢ ) الوقف مع الحرمان من المرتب مدة لا تجاوز ستة أشهر .
( ٣ ) العزل من الوظيفة ويجوز فى هذه الحالة أن ينص فى الحكم على حرمان الخبير حقه كله أو بعضه فى المعاش أو المكافأة .
