يكون بإدارة الخبراء بوزارة العدل مكتب فنى مهمته توجيه الخبراء توجيها فنيا وقسم للتفتيش على أعمالهم و يناط به جمع البيانات التى تساعد على معرفة كفايتهم ومدى حرصهم على أداء واجباتهم وظيفتهم
وكذلك للقيام بالرقابة الفنية على خبراء الجدول فى فروع الحساب والهندسة والزراعة .
