تكون جلسات المحاكمة التأديبية سرية .
وللخبير أن يحضر الجلسة بشخصه وله أن يقدم دفاعه كتابة وللجنة التأديب أن تطلب حضور الخبير بشخصه . فإذا لم يحضر جاز الحكم فى غيبته بعد التحقق من صحة إعلانه ، ويكون الحكم فى هذه الحالة نهائيا .
