يتم إنشاء الاتحاد بقرار من الهيئة العامة لسوق المال ، ويتم
تسجيله وشطبه لدى الهيئة ، وفقا للقواعد والأحكام والشروط التى تبينها اللائحة
التنفيذية .
ويصدر بنموذج النظام الأساسي للاتحاد قرار من مجلس إدارة الهيئة
العامة لسوق المال .
