Article 69 of the Capital Market Law

يجوز فضلا عن العقوبات المقررة للجرائم المنصوص عليها فى
المواد السابقة، الحكم بالحرمان من مزاولة المهنة أو بحظر مزاولة النشاط الذى
وقعت الجريمة بمناسبته، وذلك لمدة لا تزيد على ثلاث سنوات.
ويكون الحكم بذلك وجوبيا فى حالة العود.
