يقوم رئيس هيئة التحكيم خلال عشرة أيام من تاريخ اختيار
الخصوم لمحكميهم بتحديد ميعاد الجلسة التى ينظر فيها النزاع ومكان انعقادها ،
وعلى مكتب التحكيم اعلان جميع الخصوم بميعاد ومكان الجلسة المحددة
لنظره قبل هذه الجلسة بأسبوع على الأقل .
