على كل من يباشر في تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون أحد الأنشطة
المنصوص عليها في المادة (٢٧) منه أن يعدل أوضاعه وفقا لأحكام هذا
القانون والقرارات المنفذة له ، وذلك خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل باللائحة
التنفيذية لهذا القانون ، ويجوز بقرار من مجلس إدارة الهيئة مد هذه المدة
ستة أشهر أخرى .
