يكون التظلم من القرارات الصادرة وفقا لأحكام المواد
السابقة أمام لجنة التظلمات المنصوص عليها في الباب الخامس من هذا القانون
خلال خمسة عشر يوما من تاريخ إبلاغ صاحب الشأن بالقرار أو علمه به .
ولا تقبل الدعوى بطلب إلغاء تلك القرارات قبل التظلم منها طبقا للفقرة
السابقة .
