تسرى أحكام المادتين ( ٣٠ ) ، (٣١) من هذا القانون على شركات الوساطة في العقود الآجلة والأعضاء المتعاملين على السلع .
ولرئيس الهيئة إلغاء الترخيص الممنوح لمنفذ الأوامر حال تكرار مخالفة قواعد العمل بناء على تقرير مخالفات تعده البورصة أو الإدارة المختصة بالهيئة .
