يلتزم كل شخص اعتبارى يرغب فى إصدار أوراق مالية أن يخطر الهيئة بذلك ، فإذا لم تعترض الهيئة خلال سبعة أيام عمل من تاريخ إخطارها يتم السير فى إجراءات الإصدار ، وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون بيانات الإخطار والمستندات التى ترفق به .

على كل شركة ترغب في إصدار أوراق مالية أن تخطر الهيئة
بذلك، فإذا لم تعترض الهيئة خلال ثلاثة أسابيع من تاريخ الإخطار كان للشركة
السير في إجراءات الإصدار، وذلك دون إخلال بأي حكم آخر في هذا القانون.
وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية بيانات الإخطار والمستندات التي ترفق به.
