تمسك كل بورصة سجلا تقيد به الشركات المرخص لها
بالعمل في مجال الأوراق المالية التي تباشر نشاطها بها ، ويتم القيد مقابل رسم
مقداره عشرة آلاف جنيه واشتراك سنوي مقداره ١٪ من رأس مال الشركة بحد
أقصى خمسة آلاف جنيه .
