يتم قيد وتداول الأوراق المالية فى سوق تسمى بورصة الأوراق
المالية .
ولا يجوز قيد الورقة فى أكثر من بورصة ، واستثناء من ذلك تقيد الورقة
المالية فى بورصتى القاهرة والاسكندرية القائمتين فى تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون ،
وذلك برسم قيد واحد يقسم بينهما .
