يجوز لشركة التصكيك أن تتعامل في أكثر من إصدار صك واحد حتى تمام سداده ، بشرط أن يرخص بذلك من مجلس إدارة الهيئة وفقا للضوابط التى يضعها في هذا الشأن وبصفة خاصة إمساك حسابات مستقلة لكل إصدار ، بما يترتب عليه اقتصار حقوق حملة كل إصدار من الصكوك على الأصول المرتبطة بالإصدار .
