يجب على كل من يسلم مواد أو أدوات تم الحصول عليها بطريق الاستيلاء المشار إليه فى المادة الأولى بند (5) من هذا المرسوم بقانون أن يستعملها فى الأغراض التى اتخذ تدبير الاستيلاء من أجلها.
ويبين وزير التموين بقرار منه الاجراءات التى يجب اتباعها لرد هذه المواد أو الأدوات فى حالة عدم استعمالها أو بعضها فى تلك الأغراض.
