فى الأحوال التى يتفق فيها على أن تكون أجرة الأرض عينية يجوز للمستأجر أن يدفع الايجار نقدا اذا كان تنفيذ الاتفاق يمنعه من تسليم نصيب الحكومة من الحبوب بالمقادير المشار اليها فى المادة 9.
ويكون الدفع على أساس السعر المحدد وقت الوفاء.
