يجب على أصحاب الحبوب المستولى عليها لحساب الحكومة أن يسلموا هذه المقادير اليها وأن يتبعوا فى ذلك الأوضاع التى تقررها وزارة المالية.
وفضلا عن الجزاءات المنصوص عليها فى المادة 56 من هذا المرسوم بقانون يكون للسلطات التى يعينها وزير التموين لهذا الغرض الحق فى الاستيلاء من تلقاء نفسها على تلك المقادير.
