Article 36 of the Anti-Terrorism Law

يحظر تصوير أو تسجيل أو بث أو عرض أية وقائع من جلسات المحاكمة فى الجرائم الإرهابية إلا بإذن من رئيس المحكمة المختصة ، ويعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن مائة ألف جنيه ولا تجاوز ثلاثمائة ألف جنيه كل من خالف هذا الحظر .
ويحكم فضلا عن ذلك بمصادرة الأجهزة أو غيرها مما يكون قد استخدم فى الجريمة ، أو ما نتج عنها ، أو محو محتواها ، أو إعدامه ، بحسب الأحوال .
