يعاقب بالسجن المؤبد أو المشدد الذى لا تقل مدته عن سبع سنين كل من اشترك فى اتفاق جنائى الغرض منه ارتكاب جريمة إرهابية .
وتكون العقوبة السجن المؤبد إذا الجانى من المحرضين على هذا الاتفاق ، أو كان له شأن فى إدارة حركته .
