يعاقب بالسجن المشدد مدة لا تقل عن عشر سنين ، كل من :
١ – أخفى أو تعامل فى أشياء استعملت أو أعدت للاستعمال فى ارتكاب جريمة إرهابية ، أو الأموال التى تحصلت عنها .
٢ – أتلف عمدا أو اختلس أو أخفى مستندا أو محررا خطيا أو إلكترونيا من شأنه تسهيل كشف جريمة إرهابية أو إقامة الدليل على مرتكبها أو عقابه .
٣ – مكن مرتكب أية جريمة إرهابية من الهرب قبل أو بعد القبض عليه .
