على الشركات القائمة في تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون والتي تزاول نشاط الإيداع
أو القيد المركزي أو المقاصة أو التسوية في الأوراق المالية أو نشاط أمناء الحفظ أن توفق
أوضاعها وفقا لأحكامه خلال ستة أشهر من ذلك التاريخ.
وعلى الشركات التي أصدرت أوراقا مالية قبل تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون الالتزام
بأحكام القانون المرافق خلال مدة لا تجاوز سنة من ذات التاريخ.
