تسري أحكام المادتين ( ٥٠ ) و ( ٥١ ) من قانون سوق رأس المال المشار إليه على
التظلمات التي يقدمها أصحاب الشأن من القرارات التي تصدر من الوزير المختص
أو من الهيئة تطبيقا لأحكام هذا القانون والقرارات الصادرة تنفيذا له .
