لمالك الورقة المالية جميع الحقوق التى تنتجها ملكيته لها، ويتم إيداع وقيد
الورقة باسمه.
مع ذلك يجوز أن تودع الأوراق وتقيد باسم شخص، ويكون لشخص آخر أو أكثر
الحقوق التى تنتجها، ويطلق على الأول اسم «المالك المسجل» وعلى الثانى اسم
«المالك المستفيد» وفى هذه الحالة يلتزم المالك المسجل بالتزامات أمناء الحفظ المنصوص عليها
فى هذا القانون.
