لمجلس إدارة الهيئة حفاظا على استقرار سوق رأس المال وحسن سير أعمال
الشركة أن يصدر قرارا مسببا باستبعاد عضو أو أكثر من أعضاء مجلس الإدارة ،
كما له تعيين عضو مراقب بمجلس إدارة الشركة وذلك للمدة التي يحددها مجلس إدارة الهيئة ،
ويكون لهذا العضو المشاركة في مناقشات المجلس وتسجيل رأيه فيما يتخذ من قرارات
دون أن يكون له حق التصويت .
