على الشركة التى تطلب الترخيص لها بمزاولة نشاط الإيداع والقيد المركزى
فى مصر أن ترفق بطلب الترخيص نسخة من القواعد والإجراءات الداخلية التى ستتبعها
فى مزاولة هذا النشاط بالإضافة إلى ما تطلبه الهيئة من مستندات وبيانات إضافية .
وعلى الهيئة عند إصدار قرارها فى طلب الترخيص مراعاة احتياجات سوق رأس المال
وما يحقق صالحه .
ويجوز أن يقتصر الترخيص على نوع أو أكثر من الأوراق المالية أو على نطاق
جغرافى معين وأن يشتمل على أية شروط تتصل بمزاولة النشاط .
