تلتزم الشركة بإمساك قيد الأوراق المالية، وبالرد على استفسارات مصدريها
وغيرهم من ذوي المصلحة خلال المدة ووفقا للأوضاع التي تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية.
وعلى الشركة أن تمسك الدفاتر والسجلات وتعد التقارير اللازمة لمباشرة نشاطها
وفقا لما تحدده اللائحة التنفيذية.
