على الملاك المسجلين الإفصاح عن بيانات الملاك المستفيدين إلى الشركة ،
وفقا للقواعد والإجراءات التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية . فإذا كانت الملكية المسجلة
لبنوك الإيداع ، فإنها تلتزم بالاحتفاظ بسجل بالملاك المستفيدين ، ويكون للشركة
بناء على طلب مصدر الأوراق المالية ، أن تطلع عليه .
