مع عدم الإخلال بأحكام المادة (٣٩) من هذا القانون، يضع مجلس إدارة
الشركة القواعد الخاصة بالتدابير التي تتخذها بالنسبة لأعضاء الإيداع المركزي في حالات
مخالفتهم لنظم العمل بالشركة، ولا تكون هذه القواعد نافذة إلا بعد اعتمادها من الهيئة.
