الإيداع المركزى وذلك بهدف تحديد صافى حقوق والتزامات كل منهم، كما تقوم الشركة
بإجراء عمليات تسوية المراكز المالية الناشئة عن تداول الأوراق المالية.
وتبين اللائحة التنفيذية ما تشمله المقاصة والتسوية من عمليات وما تتطلبه من إجراءات.
