عند إنشاء صكوك الأوراق المالية وفقا للقواعد التى يحددها قرار
من الوزير المختص يحل محلها صك واحد عن كل إصدار للأوراق يودع لدى الشركة،
على أن يدون فيه عددها ونوعها وقيمتها وغير ذلك من البيانات التى تحددها
اللائحة التنفيذية.
