يفصل الطالب من الكلية فى الحالات الآتية.
( أ ) الحكم على الطالب بحكم قضائى نهائى فى جريمة مخلة بالشرف.
(ب) حالة فقد أى شرط من شروط القبول بالكلية.
(ج) رسوب الطالب أكثر من مرة واحدة فى السنة الدراسية الواحدة.
(د) الرسوب أكثر من ثلاث مرات طوال مدة الدراسة ولا يعد ضمن مرات الرسوب التخلف عن دخول الامتحان لأسباب يقرها مجلس الكلية.
