يعفى أشخاص القطاع الخاص المشار إليها فى المادة ٥٩ من هذا القانون
من الخضوع لأحكام الخصم تحت حساب الضريبة إذا ثبت للمصلحة أن لديها سجلا منتظما
تلتزم بموجبه بأداء المبالغ الربع سنوية المدفوعة مقدما وذلك طبقا لأحكام الفصل الثانى
من هذا الباب .
