تفرض ضريبة سنوية على صافى الأرباح الكلية للأشخاص الاعتبارية
أيا كان غرضها .
وتسرى الضريبة على :
١ - الأشخاص الاعتبارية المقيمة فى مصر بالنسبة إلى جميع الأرباح التى تحققها
سواء من مصر أو خارجها ، عدا جهاز مشروعات الخدمة الوطنية بوزارة الدفاع .
٢ - الأشخاص الاعتبارية غير المقيمة بالنسبة إلى الأرباح التى تحققها من خلال
منشأة دائمة فى مصر .
