Article 7 of the Sharia Courts Fees Law

تخفض الرسوم الى النصف في الأحوال الآتية :
( ١ ) عند الرجوع الى الدعوى بعد الحكم باعتبارها كأن لم تكن أو بعدم قبولها لبطلان ورقة التكليف بالحضور بشرط ألا يتغير موضوعها أو طرفا الخصوم فيها في جميع الأحوال أو في حالة الحكم بعدم قبول الاستئناف شكلا لقيده بعد الميعاد .
( ٢ ) المعارضة في الأحكام التي تصدر في الغيبة والمعارضة في قوائم الرسوم والمصاريف والأتعاب .
( ٣ ) الصلح أمام المحكمة اذا توافرت الشروط المبينة في المادة ٢٢
و تخفض الرسوم الى الربع في حالة الرجوع الى الدعوى بعد الحكم فيها بالشطب بشرط ألا يتغير موضوعها أو طرفا الخصوم فيها .
