تلغى الأمر العالي الصادر في ٢٨ مارس سنة ١٩٠٩ بالتصديق على لائحة تعريفة الرسوم أمام المحاكم الشرعية واللائحة المرافقة له . وكذلك تلغى المادة ٤٥ من القانون رقم ١٦ لسنة ١٩٤١ الخاص بالمحاماة لدى المحاكم الشرعية وجميع الأحكام المتعلقة بالرسوم الشرعية والتي تكون مخالفة لهذا القانون .
