يفرض عند انتقال قاض خارج المحكمة رسم مقرر قدره ٢٠٠ قرش اذا كان الانتقال لسماع اشهاد و ١٠٠ قرش اذا كان للتصديق على امضاء أو ختم . و في حالة انتقال أحد الكتبة يخفض الرسم الى ١٠٠ قرش في الحالة الأولى والى ٣٠ قرشا في الحالة الثانية وكل ذلك بخلاف مصاريف الانتقال .
و يتعدد الرسم في حالة تعدد الاشهادات وكذلك في حالة تعدد الطالبين مع اختلاف المواد .
